Certification is now available online by clicking the CRA logo found on this page. The course is divided into sections with quizzes at the end of each section to ensure that the student is on the right track. Text slides, video and audio enhance the course to benefit every learning style.

Recovery Specialist Insurance Group established a Purchasing Group to acquire insurance for repossession businesses. Insurance protection in the recovery industry is an extremely fragile product to acquire and retain, evidenced by the number of insurance carriers who exit the business after short stays.
